Cakes sizes:
now available in twice as many sizes, available in regular 3-4” high or low 2” high, round or square 6”, 8”, 10” 14”. Call for serving sizes and prices appropriate for you event.
Available in these flavors:
Lemon dream- lemon cake with a lemon and whip cream cheesy filling.
Frosting: cream cheese whip creamy. Not sweet- very light.
Old fashion carrot- carrot cake with walnuts and cream cheese filling and frosting. Very moist- medium sweetness.
Banana supreme- banana cake with a vanilla whip creamy filling with fresh bananas. Frosting: Poured chocolate ganache- can substitute frosting for cream cheese. Not sweet. Got to love bananas!
Cappuccino truffle- Dark chocolate cake with a strong coffee butercream as the filling and frosting. Garnished with hazelnuts and toppings of truffles. On the sweeter side- great served with ice cream or whip cream.
Very vanilla- vanilla cake with vanilla custard filling. Whip cream cheesy filling. Not sweet- may have buttercream frosting for decorations on top of cake.
Strawberry delight- vanilla cake with vanilla custard and strawberry preserve as a filling. Frosting: whip cream cheesy. May have buttercream frosting for decorations on top of cake. Not sweet- very light.
Chocolate oreo- chocolate cake with a cream cheese whip cream oreo filling. Frosting: Poured chocolate ganache. May have buttercream frosting fro decorations on top of cake. Awesome cake- one of our most popular.
Hawaiian pineapple- a golden cake with a cream cheese pineapple filling. Frosting: Whip cream and topped with crushed pineapple. Light and not sweet.
Rich Chocolate Brownie- only available in 6,8 and 10” round only -a rich dark chocolate brownie cake with a creamy chocolate filling and frosting. Very sweet but amazing for the real chocolate lovers. Add whip cream to this one for an amazing treat. Got to love chocolate!!
Coffee cream polka dot- Dark chocolate cake with a coffee buttercream filling and icing surrounded by a polka dotted chocolate ribbon on the sides. On the sweeter side. Awesome if served with ice cream or whip cream.
Peanut butter- peanut butter flavored cake with chocolate pudding as a filling. Frosting: Peanut butter. Medium sweetness.
Coconut- Coconut cake with a cream cheese filling and icing. Garnished with toasted coconut. Medium sweetness.
Coconut macaroon- coconut cake with a chocolate buttercream filling and icing. Garnished with toasted coconut. On the sweeter side- but not overdone. Taste like coconut macaroons. Very moist.
Chocolate mousse dream- Chocolate cake with chocolate pudding filling. Frosting: Homemade chocolate mousse. Absolutely amazing. Not sweet- just right!!
Black forest- chocolate cake with cherry brandy flavoring. Filling: whip cream and cherry pie filling. Frosting: whip cream decorate with dark chocolate on sides. Not sweet.
Marble- Marble cake- vanilla and chocolate swirled cake with choice of chocolate or vanilla pudding as a filling. Buttercream icing. Medium sweet. Great served with ice cream.
Raspberry vanilla (2” thick) - a homemade vanilla with fresh raspberries in the cake. Drizzled with a sweet butter icing. Medium sweet.

Gluten-free
Very vanilla- vanilla cake filled with vanilla custard and frosted with either buttercream, cream cheese or with our whip cream cheesy frosting. Can put a strawberry preserve or raspberries in the filling.
Chocolate- chocolate cake with our wonderful chocolate frosting.
Coconut- coconut cake frosted with cream cheese frosting. Very good.
Old fashion carrot- a moist carrot cake frosted with cream cheese frosting.
Diebetic Cakes
These cakes all have some sugar- but it is reduced by more than ½. We use splenda as a sugar substitute. Flavors available are: strawberry delight, raspberry delight, Black forest, Hawaiian pineapple.
Slab cakes
Available in all flavors: Low Small slab -serves 15-18 (2” thick)Regular Small slab –serves 20-25 (3 -4” thick)
Low Large slab- serves 30-35 (2” thick)
Regular Large slab- serves 50-55 (3-4” thick)
For shaped cake pans: the flavors available are frosted with buttercream : Very vanilla, Chocolate oreo, Chocolate mousse, Marbilicious. Strawberry delight. Frosted with cream cheese : Banana supreme, Carott, Coconut.
